Portionary stores account, recipe, and nutrition information to provide product features. Data is processed for core app functionality, security, and reliability.

We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to authorized systems and project operators for operational needs.

You can delete your account from settings when you are signed in. Self-serve deletion removes your Portionary account access, profile, settings, meals, foods, recipes, routines, chat history, review drafts, usage records, and images or generated assets stored for your account in Portionary-controlled storage.

Some records may remain when they are needed for legitimate operational, security, billing, support, legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. These may include provider records, transactional billing history, support records, production logs, immutable backups, and records outside Portionary-owned app data.

Account deletion does not cancel or erase Stripe billing records or other provider systems outside Portionary control. Accounts with active or otherwise non-terminal billing must manage billing before self-serve deletion can finish.

Live app data is deleted before normal backup expiry where the self-serve flow can complete. We do not perform one-off backup edits; if a backup is restored, completed deletion or redaction steps must be re-applied before the restored environment is used beyond incident recovery.
